My Holiday

A healthy vacation with swimming

 Hello back to my blog Ronal Arba'i, here I will tell you about my vacation during school holidays.

 During my holidays I go swimming, and I swim in the Senen Youth Sports Center (GOR) which is precisely at Jalan Stasiun Senen No.1 RW.3, Senen, Central Jakarta.  Here has an entry price of Rp.  12,500-,

 I have an idea for swimming because I want a healthful and fun vacation.  I also want to train my swimming prisoners to participate in the Police Academy (Akpol) selection.

 In the morning I swim with my friend to introduce my friend Bagas Eko Budiawan

 Then we swim with various excitement, and various styles such as frog style, freestyle, backstroke, and many more.  It was a very happy day for me.
